One-on-one nutrition coaching sessions

Coaching sessions include:

  • Non-weight based dietary and lifestyle evaluation.

  • Creation of individualised 3-step nutrition plan

  • Nutrition advice and coaching for positive change.

  • Nutrition education – knowledge through discussion and support resources.

  • Connection to other wellness providers such as personal trainer or gym trial if beneficial.

  • The initial consultation forms the foundation of your nutrition journey. This is an essential step for all new clients providing an opportunity to gain an understanding of your unique needs to create a personalised nutrition plan.

  • In our initial consultation we will discuss your goals for lifestyle change alongside medical history, exercise regime and living situation.

    We will also complete a dietary assessment by exploring eating patterns and diet history.

    As a non-weight-based nutrition practice, we will not be putting you on scales or taking any physical measurements in our consultation.

    After our meeting, you will be emailed a nutrition plan, overview of what we discussed and any appropriate resources.

  • Follow-up consultations are for those who have already had an initial consultation with us.

  • In this consultation we check on your progress towards your nutrition and wellbeing goals. We will celebrate any success you’ve had and address any challenges or barriers you may be facing.  We will work to build on your success and problem solve to get you back on track and working on your nutrition and wellbeing goals.

Family nutrition plans

A family nutrition plan provides you with a list of nutrient requirements for each family member based on age and activity level using the NZ Ministry of Health eating guidelines.

The plan will be supported with advice on how to share meals and achieve individual nutrition needs.

Shop with me

In this hands-on session you will learn how to navigate the supermarket to make choices that support your health and wellbeing goals.

The session will include shopping strategy, label reading, wholefood selection and getting the most from your food budget.

Cook with me

Learn how to create three base meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with endless variations.

Includes recipes and an opportunity to sample and enjoy the dishes we prepare.

Nourish Nutrition App

The Nourish Nutrition team offer an app for meal planning and recipes which I can integrate your nutrition goals into. This is a great tool for those that want a high level of support with meal planning, recipes, and motivation.
